Has more than 25 years of corporate experience on Legal, Corporate Affairs and Ethics & Compliance in large national and international companies as well as in law firms.

He was Vice-President of Ethics, Compliance and Corporate Affairs and member of the Executive Committee of Walmart; General Counsel and Corporate Affairs Lead at Microsoft and held senior executive positions in other relevant national companies. Alexandre has vast experience in various industries as retail, technology, construction, telecommunications, oil & gas, real estate and had structured projects in Brazil and Latin America. He was member of various executive and administrative councils as ABES, ETCO and ABDIB.

Holds law degree by Universidade Paulista, Post graduation in Tax law by PUC-SP and MBA by IBMEC. Languages: Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Has extensive experience dealing with corporate, compliance, intellectual property, privacy/data protection, institutional relations and competition law matters, acquired in 25 years acting in law firms and large global corporations. He started his career at the Legal Department of the National Confederation of Industry (CNI), worked in one of the largest law firms in Brazil for eight years, and at the legal departments of Microsoft (2005-2015) and HP (2015-2016), where he led the legal and compliance team in Brazil, participating in its major corporate split. Following that, Eduardo worked as General Counsel for the Americas at Tetra Pak (2016-2019), being responsible for all legal and corporate governance matters of the group in North (US and Canada), Central and South America.

Eduardo has held several board and/or executive positions at organizations such as the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association (ABPI), Brazilian Institute for Ethics in Competition (ETCO), Business Software Alliance (BSA), British Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BRITCHAM), Chevening Alumni Network, and leads the Artificial Intelligence (AI) working groups at the Brazilian Software Association (ABES) and of the Brazilian AI Strategy (EBIA), among others.  Eduardo graduated in Law from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) in 1997, and holds a Masters in Commercial Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), in receipt of the Chevening Award from the British Government. Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Has more than 25 years of experience in technology, consumer and corporate governance, serving in legal and operational executive and senior positions at companies of different segments and sizes, such as UOL, Microsoft, Cerveja Proibida (Beer Brand) and Family Offices, as well as a member of law firms in São Paulo. She is a member of Board of Directors and Committees in Companies. She holds a law degree and a post-graduate degree lato sensu in Commercial and Corporate Law, both from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo – PUC.

She studied Japanese Constitutional Law at University of Shizuoka – Japan. Fluent in Portuguese, English and Japanese.
